Welcome to Canadian Blood Services Cord Blood Bank and Stem Cell Registry online training.
There are two sets of instructions below, one for the Cord Blood Bank and one for the Stem Cell Registry. Refer to the appropriate set of instructions before beginning.
For Canadian Blood Services Stem Cell Registry
This learning management system (LMS) is for healthcare professionals partnered with the Stem Cell Registry.
Training is completed in two steps:
1. Log-in and complete the course(s).
2. Once completed, a Certificate of Program Completion will be sent to you via e-mail as a PDF attachment for your records. There is nothing to date, sign or return as the LMS is e-Signature certified.
For future logins, simply enter your personal username/password on this page to access course(s) and your account.
For Canadian Blood Services Cord Blood Bank
This learning management system (LMS) is for healthcare professionals supporting the Cord Blood Bank available at the following hospitals:
· The Ottawa Hospital General campus
· William Osler Health System’s Brampton Civic Hospital
· Alberta Health Services’ Lois Hole Hospital for Women in Edmonton
· BC Women’s Hospital and Health Centre in Vancouver
Training is completed in four steps:
1. Fill out the New Account form
2. Receive an approval e-mail within one (1) business day
3. Login and complete the course(s)
4. Once completed, a Certificate of Program Completion will be sent to you via e-mail as a PDF attachment for your records. There is nothing to date, sign or return, as the LMS is e-Signature certified.
